"Recenter, Reset and Rejuvenate" during reading week
The McCall MacBain PDF program is hosting a Postdoc wellness event to promote connection, mindfulness and self-care. A busy researcher often becomes consumed with the pace and pressures of a hectic schedule. Learn how to prioritize and optimize your wellbeing so that you can optimize your work life balance. This is a great opportunity to take a step away from the lab and to connect with your fellow postdocs. This free event is open to all postdocs working in Ontario.
